Camp at a Glance
Big Blue Triathlon camp is for high school athletes looking to expand the comfort zone through endurance sport. We will provide an introduction to triathlon swim technique, cycling and running. In addition to learning the skills required to compete in triathlon, we will discuss healthy nutrition and skills to improve mental toughness through various types of challenges. No experience necessary!
