International Ivy – Ice Cream Shop Entrepreneur
Take the creative challenge of starting a new ice cream shop. Students will touch upon product development, menu design, sales (selling the product), marketing (telling people about your product & business), accounting (keeping track of the money) and managing (organizing the business). Budding entrepreneurs will take on decisions related to selecting a location, determining the shop’s differentiation, coming up with product names, responding to competition and setting pricing. This simulation will allow a budding entrepreneur to apply their math skills and analytical thinking while taking on real-life decisions.
