Kid Fitness – Personal/Small Group Training!
Need something to do after morning camp sessions? Check out individual/small group personal training with Upper School Director of Strength and Conditioning, Coach Douglas Scott in The Greig Center, Pingry’s state-of-the-art training facility. Coach Scott’s objective is to build a foundational knowledge and love of fitness through an age-appropriate combination of instruction and fun fitness activities and games. Focuses will include basic tenants of weight-training, cardiovascular fitness, agility, and flexibility. For older and more experienced students, or athletes seeking “the edge” on their competition. Coach Scott will incorporate custom-tailored programming for your child’s specific sport/needs.
