Camp at a Glance
Join the Pingry Volleyball Staff for a preseason prep week. Here are some the areas the athletes will be focused on throughout the week.
Skill Development: The Pingry Volleyball camp will provide provide an opportunity for our athletes to work on specific volleyball skills such as serving, hitting, passing, and setting. Athletes can hone their skills and improve their techniques.
Fitness and Conditioning: The Pingry Volleyball camp will include a variety of fitness and conditioning exercises that are specifically designed to improve a player’s strength, speed, and endurance. These exercises can help athletes to become more physically fit and better prepared for the demands of the sport season.
Teamwork and Communication: Volleyball is a team sport that requires a high level of communication and cooperation between players. The Pingry Volleyball camp will provide an opportunity for athletes to work on their teamwork and communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Exposure to New Techniques and Strategies: The Pingry Volleyball camp will include the opportunity for athletes to experience new techniques and strategies that they may not have been exposed to before. This can help players to expand their knowledge of the game and become more versatile players.
