Bump, Spike, Play!!!

The Pingry Summer Volleyball Camp is an excellent opportunity for beginner to intermediate level volleyball players to develop their skills. Players will be grouped by skill level and trained in the following areas throughout the week:

Skill Development: Athletes will receive instruction and feedback on specific skills such as serving, hitting, passing, blocking, and setting.

Fitness and Conditioning: Athletes will learn and practice various fitness and conditioning exercises specifically designed to improve a player’s strength, speed, and endurance. These exercises can help athletes to become more physically fit and better prepared for the demands of the sports season.

Teamwork and Communication: Volleyball is a team sport requiring a high level of communication and cooperation between players. The Pingry Volleyball camp will allow athletes to work on their teamwork and communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
