Pingry Track Camp
Camp at a Glance
The Pingry Track camp, run by Pingry track coaches and athletes, will focus on developing basic skills for track and field. These skills include body mechanics and flexibility. We will focus on hurdles, the long jump, and the relay, although we may include other track and jump events if there is interest. We will end the week with a mock, intra-squad track meet.
