Camp at a Glance
Pulse Premier Camps offer a high-energy, professionally coached experience designed to build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of sports.
With a low coach-to-player ratio and structured curriculum, campers are grouped by age and ability to ensure the right balance of development, gameplay, and fun.
Most camp weeks also include a scheduled cafeteria lunch and supervised free swim time, giving campers the chance to recharge, cool off, and enjoy a well-rounded summer camp experience. Indoor gym facilities are also available for use during inclement weather, ensuring camp runs smoothly, rain or shine.
Programs
Multi-Sports
Experience 8+ different sports in one action-packed week including: basketball, soccer, lacrosse, cricket, and more – giving your child the chance to build confidence, develop all-around athletic skills, and discover the sport they love most.
Soccer
Build a strong foundation in soccer through dribbling, passing, and shooting, while developing game awareness and decision-making in a fun, game-based environment.
Tennis
Develop proper technique, footwork, and rally skills while learning the rules of the game and building confidence through guided match play
Flag Football
Learn the fundamentals of flag football – including passing, catching, and positioning while improving speed, agility, and teamwork through exciting gameplay.
Basketball
Strengthen core skills like dribbling, shooting, and passing while learning game rules and improving confidence through structured play and scrimmages.

Our flagship Multi-Sports Camp gives players the opportunity to experience over 10 different sports across a fun-filled week of camp. Every camp is coached by our professional and energetic coaches who are trained to encourage maximum participation, good sportsmanship, and above all – FUN!
Our Multi-Sports Camp is a must for children who are either new to playing sports and want to experience many different forms, or for the sports enthusiast who just can’t get enough!

Pulse Sports present best-in-class sport camps to children and teens at some of the finest facilities across the nation.
Pulse Tennis Camp delivers unprecedented training environments for all abilities and skill levels. Finding the perfect balance of combining fun and engaging drills with high-intensity match play that allows us to deliver the perfect program to our young athletes. Led by our experienced coaches, participants will develop the skills needed to play the game of tennis while having fun doing so.
Beginner-level players will learn basic hitting techniques while developing their footwork, movement, and hand-eye coordination to improve their rally success.
Intermediate/advanced-level players will practice advanced technical skills, such as executing top spins, slices, and drop shots. Players will also develop the tactical element of the game.

Groups are separated by age and ability to ensure all players flourish in an optimum, positive learning environment.

Swim Safety
Swim sessions are overseen by certified lifeguards, with our coaching staff additionally supervising on deck. Every child completes a swim assessment before entering the pool, and non-swimmers remain in shallow, closely supervised areas.
Swim time is supervised free swim (not formal lessons), and participation is optional. Children who prefer not to swim may bring a non-electronic activity, such as a book, to enjoy during that time.
At Pingry Basking Ridge, flotation devices are provided by the school for non-swimmers as needed.

Pulse Soccer camps deliver unprecedented training environments for all abilities and skill levels. Led by our experienced coaches, participants will develop the skills needed to play the game of soccer whilst having lots of fun doing so!
Recreational-level players will learn the fundamentals needed to become efficient soccer players, concentrating on their technical development, such as passing, first touch, and shooting techniques.
Travel and academy players will learn more advanced technical skills while also working on the tactical side of the game. Players will develop both their decision-making abilities and game strategies in competitive match-play situations.

Groups are separated by age and ability to ensure all players flourish in an optimum positive learning environment.
Participants must wear shin guards for this program. Participants should bring both soccer cleats and sneakers, just in case the camp is moved indoors.

Our NFL FLAG Football programs are no-contact, giving players of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive, and football-accessible environment—no matter their age or size.
Every program will empower youth athletes and instill a lifelong passion for flag football through engaging, fun scrimmages, games, and activities for everyone. With the support of the NFL, we will provide a structured opportunity for kids to discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field.
Players will also receive a FREE NFL FLAG Sublimated Jersey and an official NFL FLAG Belt.

- Running Back and Wide Receiver Routes

Groups will be separated by age and ability to ensure that all players flourish in an optimum, positive learning environment.
All equipment for this program will be provided by the USA Sport Group. Your child will receive their Jersey and Belt at their first session.
