We are currently on the lookout for summer staff members who can apply their passion and energy toward creating a summer that lives up to the Pingry name. Whether you want to extend your teaching career into the summer months, or begin your very first job… you may be just who we are looking for!

Big Blue Summer staff includes stand-out faculty, students and alums from within the Pingry community, joined by exceptional teachers and students from our local area. Regardless of where we find them, all BBS staff share Pingry’s values of honor and excellence, along with our summer goals of growth and exploration. We look for staff who are passionate about their areas of expertise, with a genuine interest in working with children and a desire to learn something new. We have openings for activity specialists, swim instructors, group counselors, and C.I.T.s. Some leadership positions are still available, including Assistant Camp Director and Assistant Aquatics Director roles.
